Bidside never takes custody of your NFTs or tokens. Listings, cancels, and bids stay native to their venue. Sweep bundles only move tokens you have signed for.

No execution warranty
Quotes, rankings, rarity scores, and route availability are informational. Marketplaces, RPC providers, and indexer state can change at any time.
Self-custody risk
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and signatures. Bidside cannot reverse a signed transaction. Always verify what you sign.
Abuse policy
API misuse, scraping around access controls, and attempts to disrupt orderflow or sync systems are grounds for immediate blocking with no notice.
Fees
Default 0.75% taker, 0% maker. Volume-based rebates may apply. Royalty enforcement is venue-specific and surfaced before the trade clears.
Intellectual property
Bidside brand, logo, and product surfaces are owned by Bidside. Collection artwork remains property of its creators and is displayed under fair-use marketplace conventions.
